Is flirting at the stoplight the answer to a happy marriage? Probably not but does it add happiness to the marriage? It sure does!
Just this morning, my husband and I were going our separate ways for the day and we were next to each other at the stop light. We both rolled down our windows and I said “Hey good looking, You wanna come over to my house tonight?” He said, ” I sure do!” We both giggled and said a few more flirty things then the light turned green and we went along our merry ways.
That exchange stayed with me for hours. It made me giggle several times throughout the day. It got me wondering if other married couples flirt on a regular basis. Life gets crazy, busy, and sometimes messy but you can lighten the mood with a little flirting. Flirting does not mean you need to run to the bedroom it’s what gets you through the crazy, busy, and messy times of life.
It adds some fun to the relationship and lets your spouse or significant other know that you value them even during the mundane day-to-day moments.
